I haven't looked lately.
But last time I looked BPH and MMR had similar shares on issue and similar stakes in PEP11.
So theoretically MMR should be around the same price as BPH...
But.....
You must remember MMR has PDF which means MMR is tax free.
One could argue that MMR could deserve a 30% premium to the BPH share price?
My thoughts and I'm not a financial guru so feel free to punch holes in this.
