Yes, videos such as this have been on YouTube for years with several EV enthusiasts claiming they were petrol cars and not EV's. Those chickens have finally come home to roost.
When I tried to tell anyone I was called a denier, a fossil or any number of other derogatory names.

The Chinese have no scruples. They will cheat at any game put before them and in fact many of the cars had their batteries removed, in order to build more cars, thereby getting the subsidies again. As we know the batteries are the main cost.

The fact that Bloomberg put this out shows how roo&^% the situation has now become. Bloomberg has been one of the main proponents of EV's in support of the US Government, but it appears they have now decided it is time for the rats to leave the sinking ship.

Petrol cars are now so clean that there is no advantage to buyers for going EV. The disadvantages of EV's, to anyone who really thinks about it, are insurmountable.

If Inca go down this road now at the expence of our other prospects then we will get all we deserve.

Sure, have a scratch around, see what we come up with, but please don't put a lot of money into it which we cannot afford.
Maybe they can overcome lithium's problems in time, but the problem with any product is that once it's reputation is damaged it can be nigh on impossible to rebuild it.
