Dukla site has industrial use permit so what are the locals concerns? This Lithium project is going to be the most scrutinized ,The EIA wont allow anything that would or could harm the locals , The mine is where its alwsys been! Underground. And the cable car system is to be unintrusive, yes a bit of transport coming and going to bring materials in and Engineers etc I cant see a small disruption to daily life , if any would occur, just my opinion .
