Your non stop speculation makes no sense either.
The company has large cash sums for the first time in two years.
The resigning parties are all large holders, collectively they have power.
They could/can all vote against privatisation of the company.
And why would the walk and possibly risk liquidity of their holdings?
note: hostile shareholder means hostile shareholder. It does not mean hostile takeover at all. - anyone saying that is pure speculation.
