I remember the presentation from Smedley when the acquisition of CX partners 75% was announced.
10% given to management upfront and they had the ability to get another 10% on delivery of a doubling of EBITDA which has now been delivered on clearly.
There is no further shares for management from my recollection.
from calculations they will end up with 15-16% of the company fully diluted. I am more than happy with this. A solid management team with equity incentive just like me long term is great!
