I dunno seamay my gut tells me this is going further down. It may be better to wait it out on the sidelines and wait for the uptick.

yes I complain but honestly I haven't been impressed at all by anything evans has done this year- particularly around media and releases.

I do not believe our current ev is where its based solely on li sentiment. And even if it was were talking a 2 year cycle to see a return to a positive li environment

fine if you can hold for 3 years but if u cant there's other opportunites. I dont believe the mre will see it rerate. I believe there will be a 90% move before a collapse back to 1.50 again.
