In all honesty and I'm happy to eat my words here. JB in my opinion did a good job considering. As for the others, your right they need to go and they will, they know it too.
I got the feeling JB isn't ignorant to the fact he isn't the man for the CEO. I completely agree we need the right people and as quickly as we all want superstars on the board, it is hard to find those people at the moment. I'm confident that in 6 months time the board will look considerably different and some of the dead weight will be gone.
I'm actually happy to have JB on board in the back ground but the sooner there's a more experienced leader the better.
