I just told you what others have achieved. Production run (not test bench) wafers at 22nm from a commercial foundry. Currently working on geometries at 1Xnm.
What exactly is it that 4ds have achieved? Yes they have a megabit array at 60nm from a test bench development partner… congrats and future prospects looks exciting.
To pretend their is zero competition is however ludicrous.
