CR definitely likely at this stage. With all that has happened including failure to secure IFDC funding and now vague promises with non binding MOU’s , termination of a contractor for yet another one with arguably little experience with these projects, perhaps Another example of a good opportunity bungled by amateur management. If you look into their history you might see similar circumstances IMO. DYOR
