could anyone solve this problem:
-SPT shares are bought at $1.50 on ASX
-SPT delists from ASX @ 5cents and moves over to primary markets @ 5cents
-after 2 years price on primary markets is 50cents
-All the SPT shares are sold on primary markets @50cents
is this a loss from $1.50 to 50 cents OR
a gain from 5cents to 50cents
overall is a loss, but according to the tax man it is a gain- thus have to pay tax on the gain?
