While technically oversold I suspect the trade idea was a seasonal one - thesis being around the anticipated large consumer sales (black Friday, maybe Christmas too).
It has been a great swing trade from the $2.70 area where the averages compressed and gave support - buy trigger for traders using that widely adopted system.
Bit of overhang to chew through now but a new base setup looks credible as weak-hands have been swept up.
