Well, the BOD have had a first strike and certainly a good understanding that a decent % of the share holders are not happy with their performance based upon what was said, questioned and the voting numbers that came out against the resolutions. Yes, they got most passed but no doubt a message has been sent.
Now, whether they have heard the message or not we will have to wait and see what happens over the next 12 months. If current prices continue to drop or remain as they are for the forseeable future we may see some big things happen in this industry and SYA will be affected.
Whether you like it or not we are stuck with what we have and we are in the rear passenger seat with the BOD driving. You may not like what is or what may happen so you either just have to tighten your seat belt for a potential bumpy ride or jump out at a set of red traffic lights.
I'm just praying for more communications from SYA and a decent number of traffic lights along the way that helps me decide on my future investment choices with SYA.
