Until Board members of all these lifestyle companies face some real consequences to their actions (jail time, stripped of assets, fear of God etc.), they will keep pushing and getting away with doing the minimum, and getting paid handsomely for it.I'm truly surprised that AGM's have been peaceful in recent times... You can feel the anger of a lot of retail investors who are not only being ignored, but treated with contempt.
A pity that a reality check only seems to come for a very small amount of these 'high flyers'
