Surely they can either find an investor or just sell aqua phase - they bought it recently and did all the trials it has to have some value. Even to sell it to one of the collab partners.
They were also only trying to raise $2m, hopefully they can find someone that would put that or a bit more in at a discounted price to give it a chance.
