The ASX will not allow TMZ to come out of suspension until TMZ submits its overdue annual report which needs to be signed off by an auditor. An auditor will not sign off on the report until TMZ has the correct number of directors and is satisfied that TMZ has enough cash or access to funding to not be a going concern.
