is it possible that a large “investor” could pick up a package of shares in the CR at 2.1 and then start to sell them down immediately at 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 without giving a 603 or 604 until they have finished trading their position? Seems a lot of large 1m plus parcels on the sell side. I’m not sure how long they have or what the timing constraints are on submitting these. I know they have a period they can use to load up or unload a large position in smaller trades before being required to announce it to the market.
