Very nice of MSB's board and management (oh, and their corporate finance advisors, Bell Potter, of course) to structure the deal so as to provide ample wiggle room for the shorted stock to be fully covered.
Will be interesting to see the underwriting arrangements irt to the entitlement offer (if any this time), and the results of the entitlement offer.
