I have no doubt some will claim that Mesoblast probably didn’t like the opportunistic partnerships terms being offered …. to them I say explain to me how a desperate CR at 30 cents or >25% discount is sooo much better ?
I would also add that the company claimed the GBHD trial would be minimal cost so why do we need circa $100 million for trials (according to AFR) … CLBP trial by the looks so Surgecenter founder with the largest single shareholding in the company and a Board seat didn’t want to fund or partner the CLBP trial either by the looks … and let’s not forget Mesoblast claimed they raised for the CLBP trial almost 1 year ago to get it started and yet here we are begging for money with the start postponed yet again until 2024 …. you seriously can’t this stuff up ?
The amount sought at such a huge discounted share price screams just how desperate Mesoblast are IMO
