just had a quick read of the sledge hamar deal - it doesn't say what OPL paid NEG for 90% - was there some pass through cash from Max through OPL to NEG? I am very impressed by this deal if this is the case! I don't own any OPL but it reads to me like they really have got something for nothing here! Have I got this right?
