I understand the perspective, but let's now forget what he is paid and the performance bonuses he has received for very little substance.

I'm deep in the long game. I've endured the Labcon and 15c SPP fiasco, like you have, and yet we have kept the faith - I've added to my position and averaged down with the long term game firmly in mind.

But there comes a point where management - the agent - needs to be responsible and accountable for what they say and do (including Iain). I'm sure that there is more to come with the Fuji deal and I am overreacting, however if we have indeed agreed to some immaterial arrangement and/or something non-binding, then all of the recent talk about being optimistic of an impending significant agreement and SP Achilles heal etc isn't just reckless, it is borderline criminal.

Andrew was at the helm when Labcon took us to court over a $15m agreement - and he emerged relatively unscathed from that, despite setting the company back years.

For the salary and potential bonuses, salary package increases etc, there's absolutely someone else out there that is appropriately qualified and equipped to take this company further... there shouldn't be any key dependency on Andrew for this.

I know this is the speculative end of the market, and at the end of the day I'm content to sit back and see where this investment goes - however Andrew is not irreplaceable and between material stakeholder failings and immaterial corporate oversights (like publishing in an annual report that several clients have been sent 'starter kids' instead of 'starter kits') there has to be some accountability when you taking home a wage sourced from shareholder money.
