My belief has been that hard-nosed commercial transactions were going to set our real world value, dragging the fairly incoherent share market price up as the development milestones were met. I think the oil and gas industry is going to advance the project, and will reaffirm the projects value if we are in fact doing a final partial sell down.

Management and insiders have skin in the game, on cheaply issued shares for sure, but they effectively align our ongoing interests. I believe those insiders were all offered a chance to sell down at the 4c capital raise.. and that none of them took it. CL has also transferred a few shares to his children. Psychologically, you don’t bother doing this unless you view them as a good nest egg for them to hold.
