I heard rumours of problems from start to finish. Construction problems, power problems, manning problems, brine problems, salt problems, etc, etc. There’s two sides to every contract, and for KLL to uphold its claim against Ebtec, it needed to have its house in order. It didn’t, which I think is why they quietly tried to bury it and S/H have never seen the details.
