100m cash in the JV + remaining debt facility is 100m each JV partner ( +200m)
plus 150m equity contribution each JV partner (+300m)
That means they have funding for $3bn , the latest cost blow out took it to a 2.9bn estimated cost. Cutting it fine but if it was gonna be significantly worse that 2.9 we would surely know by now.
