IMO Labcon wanted exclusive rights to sell. Andrew saw a bigger picture and went down current track. Even admitted that BCT is evolving and changed tack on a number of occasions. They cannot disclose all their agreements as this would be unprofessional and may be detrimental to ongoing trust. Sp down pisses me off too. To change a whole tracking system takes time. Eventually this will be an excellent defensive stock. Bad companies have directors selling full bore. BCT directors are buying to support stock. Keep the faith
