Directors with only 1m shares not interested, existing shareholders not interested, new shareholders not interested.

Seems a given in these circumstances with the driver being the forever declining share price; there is no point to a 1c SPP.
I wonder if the board to proceed with it even though it is apparent to me it will fail.
A dodgier company might make an announcement containing unexpected good news and then drop the SPP a day or two later, but seems unlikely there is any good news in the pipeline given how little is being reported as going on for months despite the staffing levels, so little chance of that, surely?
