Only one insurance company has said that they will reimburse clients for oncosil and that is Bupa in the UK which happened more than a year ago and has cost them nothing as we are still waiting for the first patient to be treated in the UK. The Israeli company has only acknowledged that oncosil exists they haven't said that they will pay for it. So not really a big deal.
Even the Bupa announcement from last year doesn't mean much because hardly anyone in the UK has private health insurance.
