Exactly. The Bureau of Mediocrity is useless. Might as well look out the window. As for their 4 day weather maps... they change them each day and their projected expectations are never correct. Astounding that this can happen when they have so much technology at their fingertips. How can a body that cannot get predictions right for 4 days, be able to predict climate outcomes for years ahead? Just goes to show that mother nature will do whatever it wants to, and it's futile waste of taxpayer money trying to control it.

there latest effort says .. forget about the last 2 weeks of wet weather the outlook is for well above average temps and drier than normal....sounds like a script to me , lets see how this pans out
