I have checked Inventors: Allan J. Jacobson, Houston, TX (US); Pradeep Samarasekere, Houston, TX (US) second US patent No 9,376,735 B2. Patent is active and maintenance fees paid till 2027-28. Very good.
It was a large investment and just for safety as hopefully REEcycle technology comes about I think Reaches should know what was actually in the contract between RR1 & REEgenerated in regards the ~10% option for IP, which hopefully sets out an involvement with this second US patent No 9,376,735 B2.
