    This is the extent of the shortfall of the life saving raise…The full amount was expected to bring the project back to profitability and to advance Battery…Retail was hardly interested in tough times…We have seen little interest from institutional investors with projects offering an IRR of 119% and MRC need to recover to profitability…Sure is tough times
