    Amazon and Tesla don't pay a dividend but heck if I had my time again I would have purchased them years back!

    The non-yield argument is pretty weak!

    I can buy a block of land and not build on it and the land value over time in most cases would increase, there's no yield in holding a block of land, does it make it a bad investment, No.
