Currently there are two online payment clearing houses in PH: ECPAY and BAYAD.

Anyone with a bank account can go there and pay pretty much any bill.....power, phone, insurance, licences etc. Bizmotos agents have been facilitating access to ECPAY and BAYAD for those without a bank account for a fee.

The co-op sector is now planning to establish a third clearing house for it's members. But instead of needing a bank account, users will need the Pinoy Co-op App.

The intention is that the co-op clearing house will be accessible by everyone in the whole country, population 110 million, and certainly to the co-op sector's 16 million members....and growing.
