Yes we pay them average money, we give them extremely tough jobs, they keep us safe, they teach our children and fix our sick ie police teachers and nurses but we expect them to go above and beyond others breaking points and if they do wrong we hold higher expectations on them that we want the book throw at them if they do the wrong thing
Seems more compassion for criminals than those who have gone into tough jobs with good intentions
