Great to see a report about Munich Airport closing 'due to heavy snowfall' with reopening not until 0500 hours the next day.
Hopefully this sees Europe burning more thermal coal this winter.
IIRC, strictly speaking, "winter" does not officially commence until 23 December 2023 in much or all of Europe. It's not like Oz where we divide the four seasons strictly into the start and end of calendar months.
