Everything about a transition to a future without fossil fuels isnt as the reporters want you to believe. The great green Lithium adventure has to find a way to stabslise the issues with fires. It sounds small and yet it is off a small base of EV's as well. The batteries are too heavy and the charging time far too long.

There are many instances now. The Freemantle highway was my first exposure to the problem. The fact that the powers that want you to believe in the easy green transition judt get these facts pulled. The car fire at Luton airport. The cenent truck in Melbourne.

I believe we have to get off carbon but we dont really a solution

So my view is that I am not a trader and the padt few dividends hsve fone wonders for gearing - which I was a bit concernedabout. Senegal and a few other projects will kick in. I dont exoect a 10% dividend. I think this has to give me a 5% fully franked dividend to hit my projections and I coukd even accept that they may have to retain a bit more but the assets and projects will see them through.

If I sold now I would have to share my progits with the ATO. So I will hold through this cycle and let this become a declining cash cow over the next 2 decades.
