This red underlined bit is interesting.

Shows plans to increase grade, as NPV is highly leveraged to grade. (No mention of adding tonnage in the sensitivities analysis. But I guess 'increasing grade' is similar, in that it can replace lower grade tonnes in the plan.)

They specifically mention RPM, Train, Cathedral.

Cathedral - low grade so far, deep under the mountain, possibility of better grades nearer to surface, but apparently on pause (as I'd expect, when RPM area is higher priority than Korbel area).
Train - weak result, but due to issues with the drilling process and weather. I doubt drilling is intentionally paused there, but unexpectedly delayed.
RPM - only South results back yet, so no definitive results yet. Waiting on North, Valley, the visible gold, and the gamble hole into North's Western colour anomaly.

So overall, haven't achieved much progress towards upgrading the NPV yet, though RPM's results are still pending.
