The wellness SPAC (like all SPAC's) must make an acquistion of at least 80% of the initial funds within 24months or it will be wound up and funds returned to investors. This is what happen but a group backed itself into the spac for 50% so the new directors will decide if AV and SS etal are retained to booted. Most likely booted. Party is over for the company vandals.
