Management looking out for shareholder value. Last days to buy under 1c IMO. Fantastic support for the company with the Convertible Notes (CN). CN terms very reasonable and will convert at the next raise which appears to be next year sometime. Should be double plus ++ what the price is now so zero dilution as some predicted was a certainty a couple of weeks ago. 6% from Novus also reasonable.
