I really don't understand the doom and gloom from people on here unless you're all just very sceptical people.

There's many ways in which this could be positive
- cap raise not at a discount
- cap raise only to institutional which increases share price without allowing people on sidelines to get a discount
- cap raise to de risk project which increases the share price immediately if not soon after
- cap raise which provides buying opportunities short term and increases price long term
- cap raise which provides current share holders placement with better buying power aka 2:1 share purchase

we were always going to need funds for the project the devil is in the details which frankly aren't available yet.
