This is "4th area" drilled (MK1, MK1ST, MK2, MK2ST) and still detecting hydrocarbons...the goods are definitely there, heaps of pressure to work with, priceless data acquired with each drill path too. Hopefully discovery before xmas.
@Kiwigeo8339 why are onshore drill ROP's much less than offshore drill ROP's. I've witnessed offshore directional corkscrew wells drilled at 90m/hr. Does it just come down to the "earth" or tasks performed on the way down to TD determine ROP (loggin etc), just curious.
