Especially in the context of commencing a scoping study to start mining on approved mining tenements close to existing infrastructure. Thus low capex required and major SH is cashed up after a large key asset sale and likely to fund the development and make further investments in the region. It has taken a while but the ducks are all lined up in a row. Problem for those that want in though is that there are very few shares available.
