Should any scale back be necessary in the event we don’t keep you guessing until it’s too late, it is the Company’s intention that the scale back arrangements will be made having regard to the pro-rata shareholdings of Eligible Shareholders who apply for SPP Shares under the Offer. So CEOChair and Eric won’t need to worry then.
