I sold out at 8.61, 5 months ago as didn't see the upside vs the 8.73 offer.
Clearly alot of individual holders wanted this, it was stopped by Super companies who use other peoples money to have the biggest say.
I wonder if in future there will ever be a debate regarding these companies (super companies, blackrock vanguard etc) voting on behalf of the holder?
