Nice release out to explain the desire to raise capital via an equity placement.

Whilst I would of liked to see the company take advantage of the share price when it was trading in the mid 1’s, I don’t think the size / number of new shares will create any material effect in terms of overhang moving forward.

Nice to hear of a decent family office wanting in + management committing their own funds.

Hard to argue for the use of funds with the insights given today - growth equity. Iam surprised, but thankful the ASX let them release the statement:

“The conversations we are having with large mining companies is not ‘of’ the are considering autonomous drone in a box systems, but ‘when”

As a shareholder with a few on board and towards the upper limits of my comfort levels, I made room to increase my holding further via the placement.

Now let’s see this commercial interest continue to formalise!
