Hey Indx, In a way it is a grant. I'm not an accountant, but I do my own taxes. It becomes a grant when you use a third party. It's common practice for small business, I doubt ACW need look into that, as they have their own people. Is it Jack.. Jeff. Well, possibly anyone off the street can do it as you stated.
