You seem to be falling into the same trap Farmer as Spid. Construction timelines were severely hampered by the breakdown of CRDB funding and a chain reaction in construction timelines has occurred. For example it takes 3 times longer to prefabricated a shed as it does to construct. Spid’s rookie error and his lack of experience in construction had gone beyond the point of embarrassment on this. Naturally if the build phase on anything is placed in limbo, the simple things such as ordering raw materials required for construction are also put on hold. Construction isn’t just about assembly and anyone with basic construction know how would appreciate this.
