    I agree.My experience has shown that companies that dont get on with a project they have, but instead go romping all over the world for more acquisitions, are lifestyle companies. (MRQ EPM spring to mind) Some of them do it just to get some free overseas trips in. Look at the chart, this compamny is a non performer. Caveat emptor.
