Thanks Chris. That's very useful information, and much as I'd suspected. You've clearly got some knowledge of how things are currently 'on the ground,' so to speak. I get the impression from their words that management wants us to view this as a high-growth tech company, with lots of fixed cost & operating leverage, competitive advantages, and mutually reinforcing benefits. And just reading their words I find it easy to get carried away with the optimism. But I struggle to square it with the reality of the revenue model. I'll leave it to braver folk to dip their toes in this one! Thanks again for the info.
