The directors are paid in arrears based on VWAP.

Consultancy fees are paid in arrears and are related to Dominion Partners for Investor relations.

The capital raise fee relates to the May 2022 raise by Hall Capital. Nothing to do with the 6% for Novus. Unless the 6% for the payment portion of the convertible notes is included. I have not added it up.

The 0.004 is an estimate of AUD equivalent on the mean payment.
