Will cost ARN an estimated $ 18 million because they paid a ridiculous premium, instead of buying on the open market. Not sure if this was paid from an cash pile or debt . They must have received about $ 1.1 million from SOUTHERN CROSS MEDIA in dividends . Let's hope the ARN dividend payout % is not affected by this mess.
ARN must set an example and scrap all performance bonuses for the management and board.
