Well we all know why they stuck to first production in December. Because they were trying to get us to buy into the capital raise. The problem was it didn't fool the market and their share price offer was higher than the market, so it failed. Once the capital raise was done they had to keep up the pretence for a couple of weeks and then drop in the excuse. Totally transparent.
